Our Policy

Shipping Charges

National:
  1. All the Shipping charges are Free for Debit/Credit Card/ Net Banking/ COD purchases above Rs 500 order value. Below Rs500 order value courier charge Rs.60 for prepaid & Rs.80 for COD order will be added.
  2. Shipping and Delivery of products will take 7 to 10 working days from the date of order/purchase.(National Holidays and weekend are excluded).
  3. Shipping delay may occur due to containment zone.
International:
  1. All the Shipping charges are Free for Debit/Credit Card/ Net Banking purchases of 100$ and above.
  2. Any purchase below 100$ (0 to 99) will be subject to a Shipping Charge of 20$ per order.
  3. A Shipping Charge is the extra amount that the Courier Company charges for delivering goods to your doorstep.
  4. Shipping and Delivery of products will take 10 to 15 working days from the date of order/purchase.(National Holidays and weekend are excluded).

Cash On Delivery

National:
  1. Cash on delivery service is available for all the purchase of any amount.
  2. COD service is available to all places under the serviceable pin-codes.
International:

We do not provide Cash on delivery service for International Shipping. Only prepaid service is available.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancellation of Prepaid or COD order must be done within 24 hours of purchase. (highly recommended).
  2. As per the bank rules 100% of the amount will be issued within 21 days after the date of cancellation.

Note: Both the above points are applicable for National and International Shipping.

Return & Exchange Policy:

Returns and Exchanges shall only be entertained for Undamaged and Resalable products having tags and original packaging. Return has to be made within 15 days after receiving the products. Customers shall be responsible for the shipping cost of the products returned or exchanged.

In case of Apparels:
  1. Products having size issues have to be returned unused and undamaged with original tags in place. We recommend our size chart be checked carefully while placing the order.
  2. Exchange of products for a different colour can be done from the available stock only.
In case of Leather:
  1. Leather Products can be exchanged for a different colour from the available stock only.
  2. Leather Products shall be repaired by us free of any charge within the 1 Year warranty period. We also repair leather products after the expiration of the warranty period. However, customers have to bear the repairing cost depending on the nature of the work involved.

Return & Refund Policy

Refunds for the returned articles shall be made only after receipt of the products in proper condition and quality checking is done at our end.

In case of Apparels :
  1. Customers having size issue, but required size is not available, provided the product is returned unused with original tags in place.
  2. Customers have genuine quality issue.
  3. Packages returned, but lost in transit (with proof).
  4. If wrong product is shipped to the customer.
International

There will be no refund for international shipping. Only replacement can be done provided the shipping cost is borne by the customer.

In case of Leathers:
  1. Customers having colour issue, but required colour is not available, provided the product is returned unused with original tags in place.
  2. Customers have genuine quality issue.
  3. If wrong product is shipped to the customer.
